When is my order coming?
Orders for delivery will be delivered between 12:30pm-5:30pm on your selected date.
Orders for Click & Collect are prepared accordingly to your selected time

Can I place an order for pick up/delivery today?
We do not offer same day delivery or pick up. Please refer to our delivery calendar on the cart page for available dates.

Do you deliver to my area?
Our delivery radius is 35kms from our shop in Roselands. If you are still unsure if we deliver to you, please enter your address at checkout to find out.

Can I leave a gift note?
Yes you can specify your note on the cart page, we will add this special note to your order.

What happens on the day of delivery?
Our driver will ring the door bell for contactless delivery, If no one is home we will call you to organise a safe place to leave the desserts.

Are your stores open?
Our Roselands store is open from Tuesday - Sunday, at 67 Chapel Street Roselands

Are your desserts Halal?
Yes.

How long can I keep the donuts?
For maximum fluffiness, we recommend eating them within 3 hours. Although donuts can be kept inside the fridge and reheated the next day.
