Shipping policy
Orders will be shipped on your selected delivery date via the cart page.
Please refer to delivery calendar for available dates on the cart page.
Standard shipping fees between $10-$15 depending on postcode.
Orders are shipped from Monday - Friday between 12-5:30pm (please note deliveries occasionally may arrive after the time frame due to traffic and delays). We cannot guarantee for your order to be delivered at any requested time, please call us on 02 90551782 if you require your package to be delivered at a more specified timeframe.
On the day you will receive a notification with an ETA to your email, if nobody is home our driver will contact you to arrange for a safe place to leave your desserts. If we cannot leave the item in a safe place, we can arrange for your package to be redelivered at the charge of an additional delivery fee.
